Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Love and Harmony Cruise (herein referred to as LHC) is non-refundable once purchased. Upon booking your cruise, your initial deposit payment confirms that you and the travelers in the purchased cabin have read through, accepted, and agreed to this LHC Harmonizer Agreement. All Harmonizers are recommended to thoroughly review our Love and Harmony website (https://loveandharmonycruise.com/ ) before booking, whether booking with an agent or on their own through our online portal.

This agreement, under which LHC agrees to provide Harmonizers the Love and Harmony Cruise experience in return for your payment of the amounts indicated in your reservation confirmation, is legally binding. The primary traveler acknowledges and agrees they are responsible for accepting these Terms and Conditions with all travelers in their cabin or group and any traveler added into the cabin after the initial booking. The Primary Traveler or Cabin Sponsor understands it is their responsibility to hold passengers in their cabin accountable for upholding LHC’s standards. Parents of any minors traveling are also responsible for accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of said minor. This document contains limitations on your rights and is expected to be reviewed by all travelers.

If you make a reservation or payment for yourself and the members of your group, party, or traveling companions, you consent to the agreement on behalf of all members of your group or party and all traveling companions. This agreement is subject to change at any time after written notice of the change.

FINANCE

Pricing

All pricing can be found on the pricing tab of our website. Pricing is subject to change and may increase as the sailing date approaches.

Cabin pricing is based on Double Occupancy Minimum. Even if you are booking alone, clients are responsible for the total cabin cost outlined in their confirmation emails in United States dollars (USD). An overall fee of $379.00 per person ($758.00 based on double occupancy), which covers Taxes, Booking and Administration Fees, Port Charges, and Gratuities, will be applicable upon booking and prorated among the cabin’s payments. Cabin rates include stateroom accommodations, most meals (excluding Specialty Restaurants), onboard parties, concerts, and events produced by LHC. VIP and/or VVIP experiences, as well as Shore Excursions, Drink Packages, Wi-Fi packages, or other items purchased explicitly through the cruise line, are not included in the overall cost. Availability is subject to change, and cabins are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cabins cannot be held.

LHC does not offer single traveler or international discounted rates. Discounted rates cannot be applied after the booking has been finalized. Discounted rates cannot be rolled over, “stacked,” or transferred between clients. Please note that discounted minor rates will only apply if a child is accompanied by two adults or after the double occupancy rate has been applied. The minor rate would be discounted off of the cabin’s base price.  The maximum age requirement for the minor rate is 17 years of age. The discounted minor rate will not be applicable if said minor will be or be turning 18 onboard the Cruise, even if the Cruise was booked while they were a minor.

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.

RESERVATION ADJUSTMENTS

Name Changes

All travelers must be added to the cabin/reservation upon booking. Should a traveler no longer be able to sail, it would be the remaining traveler’s responsibility to find a new traveler and/or pay the remaining balance as a whole. Name changes will result in a $150.00 Name Change Fee. This fee is applied to the cabin/reservation upon processing and is levied per request. Name change fees are not applicable when adding in a traveler for the first time or when the addition is due to an upgrade to the cabin.

Changes must be submitted via email to info@loveandharmonycruise.com after the new traveler’s profile has been created at Loveandharmonycruise.com. All Travelers in the cabin/reservation must agree with Name Changes before the change can be processed.

Name Changes requested 3 months (90 days) prior to sailing, will incur both the Name Change Fee along with the Manifest Change fee (see below). Please find your year-specific deadline date below. LHC does not guarantee requested changes be made after said deadline.

Additional Or Pending Travelers

Travelers added to the cabin/reservation due to an occupancy upgrade will be subject to the current rates when booking. Whether a traveler is added to the cabin as an upgrade or if the traveler is being added to the cabin/reservation after the booking was completed, these additions must be submitted via email to  info@loveandharmonycruise.com,  3 months (90 days) prior to sailing. Please find your year-specific deadline date below.  Before submitting the request, the new traveler’s profile must be created at Loveandharmonycruise.com. Any travelers added after said date will be responsible for a Manifest Change fee of $150.00. If this change was requested due to a cabin occupancy upgrade after the deadline, Travelers will be responsible for the price difference and the Manifest Change fee. All payments must be paid in full at that time.

This is separate from your LHC Reservation ID#. A Manifest Fee of $150.00 is applicable when requesting changes must be submitted to the cruise line past the deadline of 3 months (90 days) prior to sailing. Please find your year-specific deadline date below. Please note, just because you do not have a Booking ID # available to you upon making the request, your information still needs to be sent to the cruise line. Such changes can include but are not limited to Name Changes, Passenger Additions, Cabin Upgrades, Etc. These requests must be submitted via email to info@loveandharmonycruise.com.

LHC does not “transfer” or “rollover” credits or cabins.

However, should all parties be in agreement, a cabin can be transferred or sold at the traveler’s discretion by said traveler. LHC would confirm the cabin/reservation details with your potential buyer and process the change once all the original travelers have expressly authorized. Any discounts previously applied to the original travelers will not apply to new/ transferred travelers. Should you wish to sell your cabin, please email the request to info@loveandharmonycruise.com, cc’ing all current cabin travelers and potential buyers.

Transportation Advisement

LHC strongly recommends that all passengers arrive the day or night before boarding to avoid any unforeseen travel complications hindering their arrival to the port on embarkation day during boarding hours. Please arrive during the promoted boarding times to ensure the travelers can check in and board. LHC will not be held liable or responsible should travelers be unable to sail due to unforeseen travel issues such as but not limited to flight delays, traffic jams, or accidents. Etc. Should a traveler require a wheelchair-accessible cabin, medical, physical, or additional assistance during the cruise LHC must be notified via email, at info@loveandharmonycruise.com, before booking. Failure to advise LHC before booking may result in the lack of necessary accommodation while onboard. LHC only guarantees some requests can be accommodated due to cabin/ cruise limitations. LHC advises travelers to sail at their discretion and will not be held liable for any unforeseen health complications due to poor judgment and/or planning.

Medical Care

Travelers assume all risks associated with travel/transportation onboard LHC and at any port of call visited while sailing with LHC. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Monies paid toward LHC are non-refundable and cannot be credited to a future year. LHC encourages travelers to obtain travel insurance if they are unable to sail.

Cancellation By LHC

LHC reserves the right to cancel reservations at our discretion. Cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not processed lightly. Inactive reservations, which reflect sixty (60) days past due on payment, will result in the cabin’s cancellation due to non-payment and the forfeiture of all funds previously paid towards said reservation. This is exclusive of the final payment deadline date listed on your individual payment plan. The last payment due in a cabin payment plan must be paid on time to avoid cabin cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the cabin will be released back into inventory. LHC sets up automatic payments to avoid such occurrences. All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Cancellation By Cruise Line

In the instance of a natural disaster that causes the postponement and/or cancellation of any LHC sailing dates, the client is aware that that all funds paid towards LHC are still non-refundable. Natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, and pandemics, will not warrant a refund. In the event of Non-Natural Disasters, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, riots, or stoppage of labor for whatever causes or any other reason whatsoever beyond the control of LHC, LHC may cancel, advance, or postpone any scheduled sailing or port of call and may substitute another vessel should it be necessary. Neither LHC nor the Cruise line shall be liable for any loss to passengers because of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, or substitution.

Refusal Of Passage

LHC and the Cruise line can refuse passage to anyone deemed unfit to travel or a danger to themselves or others. LHC assumes no responsibility or liability for any costs resulting from refusing any traveler’s passage. This includes but is not limited to lodging and transportation costs (whether it be ground or airfare). Such costs would be the responsibility of the person refused.

Fraud Claims

Should an error be found on your LHC receipts and statements, we ask you to contact Info@loveandharmonycruise.com or call our office at 305-438-9488 at your earliest convenience to review and adjust accordingly. Please do not contact your bank or credit card company to reverse charges. As reversing charges can appear as fraud claims, travelers who initiate these claims can and will be subject to cancellation of the entire reservation, affecting all travelers in the cabin without refund. LHC will not be held liable for any expenses arising due to such occurrences. LHC reserves the right to red-flag such clients and bar them from future sailings. Applicable chargeback fees will also be levied.
